Unsubscribe from notification emails from within the email #735

Hi It would be great if users could unsubscribe from phpFox notification emails directly from the email itself.

According to Google's Bulk Senders Guidelines, including an option to unsubscribe within emails in one of the steps one should take to make sure bulk mail doesn't get marked as spam. Read more about the code here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126
