activity point Must Support 0.01 Format #916

Hi; I need the Activity Point Application to support 0.00 Format. activity point i will use the site as virtual money. But I want my Members to win a Gift. I want to earn 0.01 points or 0.05 points instead of earning 1 point for each transaction. I really need this
