Adding Custom Submenu to Mobile API Item Action Menu for Feed #940

If would be nice, when we can add by hook or event any new Submenu Item to the Item Action menu on Feed. This entry should be available on all Submenu Items, such like your hook on feed.template_block_entry_2

You can hook to add more Action menu on Feed item by using hook: mobile.core_api_get_app_settings or mobile.core_api_get_app_settings_no_cache
