Currently, as an admin you see all the menu items on pages and groups and it's very difficult to tell what menu items user groups will see or don't see without going to the admin screen and looking through each one. It's a real pain and not very user friendly at all.
Some potential improvements could be that it shows whatever the regular users see by default and then have an icon or drop only visible to admins that would show what each group would see.
Also from the back-end have a sort feature that displays what groups see what as well.
