Unable to add block in this forum.view section

I cant post my website link here but

Suppose this is my forum topic - https://v4.phpfox.com/forum/thread/1705/linksys-router-is-not-working/

If i wants to add block in section 1 or section 3 ... There is no option to add...

We have only two pages for Forum where we can add blocks...

1. Forum Home page ( Forum.index )

2. Forum Detail ( Forum.forum ) , I tried to add blocks in these two pages but its not showing in post..

There must be a third page like Forum View (forum.view )

I tried to add blocks in Forum.index & forum.forum but it is not showing in forum topics ( example - https://v4.phpfox.com/forum/thread/1705/linksys-router-is-not-working/ )

How to add blocks in forum.view page ... or you can say in this page https://v4.phpfox.com/forum/thread/1705/linksys-router-is-not-working/

Please immediately provide me the solution...
