Chat Plus - Privacy #992

Hello, it has come to our attention that the Chat Plus feature has a few serious down falls that I feel we should not ignore..

  1. If users set "Send you a message" to friends only they can still be messaged by anyone even people they are not friends with, I'm guessing that is because this feature only worked with the old private messaging.. So the new Chat Plus really needs a privacy setting to allow users to control who can message them.

  2. There does not appear to be a way to block people in the chat plus, even if you block them on the site they can still message you on Chat Plus. We really need a way for users to block people for their own protection and privacy.

  3. There are no settings in Chat Plus settings for users to turn on voice calling or video calling, lots of my members are receiving calls from people they do not wish to get calls from with no way to stop it from happening.. We need a way that users can set who can call them, or at least a way that individual users can turn calling on and off.

Chatplus has already support chat privacy, in AdminCP setting: "ChatPlus Visibility"

Users can block others in Chatplus.
