when using chat and have selected a user if you click refresh on the desktop your chat box says loading ? #2956

What's happened?

...

Steps to reproduce:

  1. go login as admin
  2. select a user to chat with and send user a message
  3. click refresh on browser - then message and username disappear

What's expected?

... should stay in chat and username and message be visible

Browsers and Devices tested

(Example: Chrome on iPhone X, Safari on Macbook, Miscrosoft Edge on Windown 10, Firefox on Ubuntu 16.04, ...)

Server information

(Example: CentOS 7, php 7.1 apache) CentOS 7, php 7.3 ...

phpFox version

(Example: phpFox 4.6.0) 4.8.1 fresh install ...

@harrison05 all day last night and today this issue was persist

Now after 1 am CST Chicago, USA it started working by itself ? really strange
