1) monthly (with receipt of new mcaid data or new apcd data), need to select distinct ndc, drug name, drug strength, drug dosage/formulation and save as ref.pharma table 2) need to develop process for dealing with more than one row per ndc code (as mcaid and apcd data may conflict)
