At any given time, if the last_run date for mcaid_mcare analytic claims tables is older than the last_run date of the final.xwalk... table, this should prompt the data manager to regenerate the mcaid_mcare analytic claim tables to ensure that the id_apde values in the claims data match that in the elig data.
