Doors implemented using prefabs (using a red blob sprite).
See alternate branch for not using async loading (no performance differences as far as I can tell).
Launch from 1 of 2 DoorTest scenes to test it.
Also sorry i contaminated this branch with the game manager feature. i'm starting a new feature-game-manager branch off of this one.
