add time scale considerations #11

include time-scale choosing at the very least... maybe additional work on integrating models together or something... still a bit unsure here.

Yes, "choose your timescale" should be one of the first steps in the "think" stage, and then the constructs and "model import" options should be conditioned on timescale choice.
