Close out Leg 3

• [x] Get final acoustic database

• [x] Add final Leg 3 figs to README - In progress...added visuals and acoustics is in there but commented out.

Set up for Leg 4

• [x] Change table code to report number of group sightings rather than number of species sightings.
• [x] Update run.R with leg = 4
• [x] Add leg 4 to TimeZones.csv
• [x] Test run through to make sure all folders are set up correctly

FOLLOW UPs

• [x] re-run legs 1-3 so table sightings all use same method

Re-ran last day of Leg 3 to fix 'offshore spotted dolphin' to 'pantropical spotted dolphin' in legend species list.

Holding off on updating 'main' branch to Leg 4 info until get final thoughts on switching from counting species sighted or groups sighted (smaller number, could contain multiple species).

If don't hear by end of day today (10/11) will proceed as is and set up Leg 4 on branch 'main' and re-turn on automation.

Delayed update but plan IS to change table Sightings count to be based on groups not species.

Created branch table-group-sightings to implement.

Waiting to run first 2 days of Leg 4 until this is implemented. After implemented, will need to do a manual re-run of Legs 1-3 and update table to use consistent method on all legs.

ok, ran last two days so plots/table on web should be updated soon! And we should be good to go with automated runs first thing in the AM.
