After Lasker is in port on Sunday...

[x] Final run with last Lasker acoustics database
[x] Add final maps to readme
[x] Fix #43 summary table
[x] Create release for this 'combined' leg
[x] Update script to be ready for next combined leg

@jlkeating I'm expecting one last updated Lasker acoustics database to included data from the 3rd and 4th. Does that sound correct to you, and if so, will you let me know once it is up and I can do the final run to close Lasker Leg 1. Thank you!!

Ran final acoustics, made release, set up for Leg 5, and ran first day of Leg 5 since we already had a das file.
