Summary table to report actual days at sea #43

Currently reports number of days with effort (based on unique 'monthdays' extracted from das files) but want to update to give actual days at sea, based on dates in TimeZones.csv.

I knew this seemed too easy...this only provides the total and won't increase incrementally each day...so fix that!
