Add an extra function in the 000_ script to run likelihood profile and other post-hoc diagnostics.

Commit 158e675 added script 12_RUN_DIAGS.R that has this function. It currently has options for running retrospective, likelihood profiling, and jitter. Note that to run the profiling, at least one parameter needs to be estimated in phase 1, so you might have to go in to the CTL_parameters file and make sure a parameter besides the one you are profiling is estimated in phase 1.
