Add second CPUE #14

Add and test the necessary lines in the CTL files to add the Manua CPUE.

@marcnadon This should work now. You will only need to add a second line in CTL_parameters.csv for the LNQ parameter and size selectivity parameters (size_at_inflection and width_95_selec_size).
