I tested running 100 jitters for APRU and it took 43 minutes.
Ok, good to know. We won't run these now, since we models could still be tweaked.
Let's close this issue for now and re-open when we are ready to run the final models.
We'll need to run the final jitter results for each species at some point. Let's test how long this takes for 100 jitter run (the accepted value).
If this seems to take a large amount of time (>1 hour), let's check with Michelle if she has a way of running this in parallel or something.
I don't think it will take that long.
