Review code from CAPAM diags code to help set up the simulation framework for this project. Look at SSMSE framework and if I can adapt those functions

openMSE seems like a very robust MSE framework that could be used for this project. It has functions to import an SS model for setting up the OM, but does not allow for SS as the EM. Instead, we could use the statistical catch-at-age TMB model from the SAMtool, but it is a single-fleet model, and I'm not sure how it works with survey fleets.
