Added method write_inp to expert AGEPRO keyword parameter values to AGEPRO input data file.
- Added methods to export GENERAL (inplines_general()), CASEID (inplines_case_id()) and RECRUITMENT(inplines_recruit()) as a list of character strings
  - includes currently implemented empirical and parametric recruitment model data (inplines_recruit_data())
  - format defined by the AGEPRO Reference Manual input keyword parameter data structure (Table 3) and recruitment model structure (Table 4).
  - Compatible with multiple recruitment RECRUIT data
  - Changed BOOTSTRAP inp export method to match consistency with the other parameters (inplines_bootstrap())
- Added parameter delimiter to set customized delimiter between values on same AGEPRO input file line.
- Default is ' '
- fixup condition check to catch only user dialog cancellations from save_file_dailog
save_file_dialog: fixed issue not passing filepath after validation
setup ver_legagy_string & ver_numeric_string for agepro_model
Removed unused & outdated write_input.R and its functions from NAMESPACE
