Fix 64

In addition to resolving #64, README was updated to better reflect current state of the package.

• agepro_inp_model can now be instantiated with general parameters to be more consistent with agepro_model and agepro_json_model. (#64)
  • Generating default agepro_inp_model is with agepro_inp_model$new() remains the same,
  • Fixup/Improve WARNING messages for NULL Recruitment Model Data and Invalid Bootstrap File (#64)
• Fixup cli inconsistencies with optional options
• New agepro_models now have default CASEID
• Update README
