Be able to delete content from a connector instance #118

This may be a separate servlet, or an option on the setConnectorConfig and 
removeConnector. The current idea 
is to send an empty full feed (not an incremental feed) so that the GSA will 
delete all of the content for this 
connector/data source. The risk is that full feeds are deprecated, so we may 
need to push on a different admin 
tool to implement this if support for full feeds is actually removed in a 
future release.

Idea here is to have a link on the Connector Page to delete the feed content 
associated with the Connector.  Update the status of the Connector to indicate 
the 
delete is in progress (orange).

Seems this is becoming a GSA Admin Console issue and may have to move to that 
forum.
