The currently implemented minimum of 5 seconds is far too small. That could be 
fixed, but the HasTimeout 
interface is essentially superseded by the configurable WorkQueue timeout (see 
issue 90 for details).

This was fixed as side effect of Issue 110
The interface is now deprecated.
