Add new connector manager and connector status codes

Connector manager status codes:

* Traversal paused due to feed backlog (issue 124)
* This GSA is not the gsa.feed.host for the connector manager (issue 115)

Connector status codes:

* Traversal paused (user request; issue 79)
* Traversal done (scheduled to traverse once; issue 127)
* No schedule (probably an error, see Google bugs 811733 and 811743)

This work can be done piecemeal, as part of the given issues, or handled 
together. I'm not sure 
what the ramifications are of just changing the return status as indicated. The 
current GSA 
versions may interpret this as a red ball, or may fail in some unexpected way, 
so that needs to 
be tested.
