What steps will reproduce the problem?

See below. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The google:displayurl property is doubly HTML-escaped when it
is displayed on the page. For example,

       localhost/foo?x=1&y=2

is in the source of the page as

       localhost/foo?x=1&amp;amp;y=2

and rendered by the browser as, literally,

       localhost/foo?x=1&amp;y=2

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
