"Broken" links on Developer Introduction document.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit
http://code.google.com/enterprise/documentation/connector-framework.html page.
2. Skip to Overview section. 
3. Click on "Spring" link pointing
http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dfpz45vp_2dspqpt#Spring

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see published version of document describing "Spring subsystem".

I'm getting "<user> does not have access to this document" error.

Please provide any additional information below.

You should make document world-readable or publish it as some static URL.

Please ignore the broken link for now - it points to an anchor that was removed 
in a
previous internal draft of the document.  The next published version of the 
document
will remove the broken link.
