What steps will reproduce the problem?

See below.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Multiple display URLs could be handy. Some of the variants we've thought of
include URLs to:
       i. Download the document contents.
       ii. Display the document in context.
       iii. Open the document's parent folder.
       iv. Link to a proxy server or trampoline,
               for any of these.

The idea behind the last one is to display the URL that is actually used to
retrieve the page from the ECM system, but link to an URL pointing at a
proxy or trampoline.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
