DocPusher add empty metadata in xml file and GSA cannot process it #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. push to a GSA an XML file of the type metadata-and-url containing an
empty metadata like :
<meta name="metadataName" content=""/>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The appliance is supposed to process the feed.
But, it "failed in error" with the message:
"ProcessNode: Content attribute not properly specified, skipping record
with URL googleconnector://file.localhost/doc?docid="

Worked around on the Connector Manager side - CM submits a blank.  The geafture
enhancement on the GSA side still exists.
