GSA doesn't display ConfigureResponse message #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?

In the GSA admin GUI, when creating a connector, use configuration
parameters that cause the connector's ConnectorType.validateConfig to fail.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd expect to see the ConnectorType.validateConfig return value
ConfigureResponse's message in the admin GUI, but I don't.

The message is displayed for validateConfig, but not for getConfigForm or 
getPopulatedConfigForm. This is the 
only way to return an error message when the locale is not supported by the 
connector. This needs to be filed as 
a bug on the GSA, and then this bug should be marked as WontFix.
