Connector Manager Delete action should be called Unregister. #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look at the Connector Administration > Connector Managers page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The "Delete" action suggests that the Connector Manager itself and/or the
connectors running on
it are actually being deleted (see SharePoint issue 18), when they are not.
Unregister also goes
better with "Register a New Connector Manager" on the same page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

GSA 5.0.0.G.14, Connector Manager 1.0.3
