DocPusher SSL support for feeds. #82

Currently content is just Base64 encoded.  Would be better to support SSL
between the DocPusher and the GSA feedergate to encrypt the content.  This
would involve work on the GSA side as well.

The GSA side changes are under Google bug #137967 (enhancement request).
