Miscellaneous minor issues in mock pusher #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?

See below.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1.  It throws an exception on line 71 if both content and contenturl are
missing.

2. The break on line 87 should be presumably be a continue.

3. If it's supposed to spit out well-formed XML, there are of course many
issues, most notably the lack of XML encoding for the property values and a
missing document close tag.

(Line references are to revision 196, currently the latest.)

It also displayed "null" for the docid property name because of a typo.
I am cleaning up most of these in conjuction with changes for Issue 72.
