Allow connector to retrieve more content when indexing configuration changes #93

Add a connector, start traversal.
When the traversal is done, change the config so that more info/doc would
be indexed (such as meta data, different doc type etc)
however, because of checkpoint is timestamp, there is no way that connector
would know this. Hence, no new documents would be traversed.

Any update on this issue?

Of course, a re-index is the only alternative right now. However, we can't 
apply this
workaround if the repository contains millions of documents (as this leads to 
high
load on network bandwidth).

Due to this issue, customers may get the impression that GSA is not flexible 
enough
to handle future search enhancements.
