Move the connector admin UI to the Connector Manager #96

The connector's information is not really stored in the GSA. It adds
complexity and confusion when the user uses the GSA admin console to
configure the connectors.

Another benefit of configuring the CM outside of GSA is that it can support 
multiple
GSA - this is good for load balanced GSA deployment
