Standardize logging levels in all connectors #97

The default log settings should log each GSA request, each request to the
ECM (and responses), each authN and authZ request from the GSA (and
responses), and each feed submission action (with responses).

In addition to standardizing the logging levels, we should move all of the SPI 
call logging into the CM, and log 
the calls, the parameters, and return values, as appropriate. The connector 
should not log information that the 
CM has (i.e., parameters and return values, including document IDs and 
properties), but only connector-specific 
details that are not passed around as part of the SPI.
