Lorenz fix in md_compute_dist_stats (and small changes in documentation) #258

  1. Changes on md_compute_dist_stats to avoid calculating the lorenz in inner functions
  2. Change default on nbins to pass fill_gaps tests
  3. Changes in documentation in md_compute_dist_stats (I had to merge last commits of dev_stage2 because I forgot to pull sorry)
  4. Changes in documentation of synth vector that was missing
