Abstract
It's now been 257 days since #121 was merged, a length of time in which I believe all users will have migrated to the IndexedDB system, let's remove the migration code to remove some bloat + translation strings from MPW.
In addition, it's been a long time since the "Cold Staking" address was migrated from the "Settings" DB model to the "Accounts" DB model, so I think we should remove the migration code for this as well.
