gives peeps a random issue to work on, default repo is /vg/'s, but can be otherwise defined.

Command syntax is @MoMMiv2 giveissue -param=paramvalue all params are optional, so you can also just go @MoMMiv2 giveissue

Available params to set:

labels
emote (+1 | -1 | laugh | confused | heart | hooray)
limit 20 (how many issues with the fitting emote to choose from)
prefix

~I plan to add support for shortend labeltags, since right now you'd have to type out shit like ❤️ Quality of Life ❤️, then hope the emojis dont get fucked with, instead of just typing qol.~

i added pagination although i am still lost on the whole config/prefix thingy. If you could help me out there, that'd be great, especially considering thats basically the last hurdle to jump over to make this a thing

not counting shortened labels but that should be fairly easy

~imo adding shortened labels to the repoconfig makes much more sense, hence i am leaving it out this pr for now~ just use the autolabeling shortcuts duh
