I am opening this pull request because I am unable to get src/examples/examples.sln to compile all of the projects that it contains without applying the changes in the PR.
So... either I am doing something wrong or maybe this pull request needs to be considered to be merged? Or maybe the approach taken to fix compilation is not in line with the proper way of doing it. Please advise...
