Provide msi - installer #31

Would you be willing to provide an msi-based installer? I'd love to install asn1editor as a winget package, but this only works with msi installern, not with zip-files.

I have no plans to wrap into MSI installer, unfortunately.

Probably yes if I will be able to maintain it. I have an experience only with Advanced Installer product.
