Cannot delete toolbar command on desktop

Describe the bug I click the delete icon on any command. Nothing happens.

WORKAROUND SOLUTION:

I was having the same issue with the edit button so I got frustrated and started clicking it a bunch and realized it only responds to double click.

I then tried that on the trash icon and lo and behold, the trash button works with double click!
