多重选择场合下应用下划线样式将导致内容错误 #134

Describe the bug 如果我们使用 Shift+Alt 选择多处文本，点击下划线按钮，将导致所有选中内容变成相同。

To Reproduce 重现步骤:

  1. 打开一个带有内容的 md 文件
  2. 按住键盘的 Shift+Alt 键，用鼠标选择多处文本
  3. 点击下划线按钮
  4. 所有选中内容都变成了最后一次选中的文本

Expected behavior 只将下划线应用到文本，不要更改文本
