[FR] Implement block quotes by dragging annotations on the sidebar. #211

Now I can achieve block-quoting by searching for the annotations. However, since theannotations can be displayed on the sidebar, why not implement block-quoting by dragging and dropping them? The current drag and drop method duplicates the annotations into the article, which is not in line with Obsidian's usual practice.

If it can be achieved, it will further improve the efficiency of annotations.
