Cannot create a literature note due to an uncaught URL action #223

When I clicked "Obsidian Actions > Create Literature Note(s)" in Zotero, nothing happened in Obsidian except for this:

It seems like zotero/export is not properly caught by ObsidianProtocolHandler (https://docs.obsidian.md/Reference/TypeScript+API/Plugin/registerObsidianProtocolHandler).
