A third-party project that aims to facilitate the integration between Obsidian.md and Zotero, by providing a set of community plugins for both Obsidian and Zotero.
The Zotero Integration Plugin recognizes CSL data entered in the extras field in Zotero. This is useful for DOI handling, for instance, since Zotero does not (yet) support DOIs for items of the type book or book section. You can, however, enter DOIs (and any CSL variable at that) in the extra field that is available for all item types (cf. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/item_types_and_fields#citing_fields_from_extra)

It would be great if ZotLit respected this data when exporting notes to Obsidian.
