Command: pip install -i https://mirrors.pku.edu.cn/pypi/simple some_package cannot work at 3/11 afternoon and 3/13 night; it works at 3/14-3/15.
pip install -i https://mirrors.pku.edu.cn/pypi/simple some_package
It may be solved permanently.
