Migrating to Pycord #235

The library discord.py originally used for this project has been discontinued as of 28. August 2021.

Because of this, it is planned to migrate to Pycord, which is a maintained fork of discord.py and seems to already support the majority of newly added features by Discord like Slash Commands, Buttons, etc.

The development of discord.py has been continued as of 6th March 2022!

So there's no need to migrate to a fork.
