Server Highlights are being reposted #266

Due to some code changes, older server highlights get reposted if some user digs them up and votes for them.

A possible solution to this would be to consider a post's age. This means if a post gets enopugh votes but its age exceeds a configured value, it won't get posted as a server highlight.
