Named axes #2

Similarly to named points, named axes will be introduced. Primary and secondary axes will be integrated with this new system.

On second thought, named axes are not very useful - default primary and secondary axes seem to be enough. However introducing the third, "auxiliary" axis calculated as a cross-product of the first one and the second one is a good idea.
