Readme.md : confusion about the default (ads) ports #1

HI,

Nice work there! Missing link between node-red and my beckhoff TC2 plc is finally there!

I tested it but so for with no luck.
For start, is it possible there is a confusion in the naming of the ports in the documentation? I suppose this should be the right default values:

Port: 48898 Source Port: Normally 32905 for TwinCat 2 Target Port: Normally 801 for TwinCat 2 (Runtime 1 of your plc)

Instead of Port: Normally 801 for TwinCat 2 Source Port: Normally 48898 for TwinCat 2 Target Port: Normally 32905 for TwinCat 2

After I fixed this, I was able to make the connection: [ads-connection:de236e0d.07e7d] AdsClientConnected 192.168.0.180.1.1:192.168.0.177.1.1

But there my last succes. I do net get any event updates when changing a variable. Test with a boolean variable in my MAIN and in my Global vars. Any suggestions on how to debug this?

The default values ​​in the node are correct was probably a typographical error.

I have just set up a new connection to my CX and it works. port 48898 target port 801 source port 32905
