Authlog를 조회할때 user의 is_active를 체크 안 하는 듯.

또 effective point를 계산할때 비활성화된 user를 감안해야하는가? first blood 인 user를 deactivate하면 first blood를 다음 사람에게 넘겨줘야 하는가?
